Privacy policy

The short version

The public You Are Infinity site currently contains no advertising or analytics scripts. The Emergency Binder keeps the Binder contents on the user's device rather than uploading them to MCMLV1 LLC. The Emergency Binder purchase is currently completed through Gumroad. Future products may use different services or data flows, which should be disclosed on their product pages and in applicable privacy information.

This website

This is a static website. The site code sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party fonts. Cloudflare, as the hosting/security provider, may process ordinary request information and may use technical security mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the site.

Emergency Binder contents

The Emergency Binder stores the information entered into it in local browser/device storage. That may include names, addresses, medical/care information, insurance information, account references, photographs, notes, and other household records. Those Binder contents are not uploaded to MCMLV1 LLC during normal use.

Local copies are customer-controlled. The app does not have its own separate PIN/password lock. Backup files created by the Binder are not encrypted and may include resized photos. Anyone who can access the device, backup file, or printed copy may be able to read the information in that copy. Store devices, backup files, and printouts appropriately for sensitive household information.

MCMLV1 LLC cannot recover Binder contents that exist only on lost, damaged, cleared, reset, or erased local storage. The product therefore provides backup/restore and print/save-PDF features, and we encourage customers to keep appropriate backup copies, including a printed copy in a secure place that trusted people can reach when needed.

The Binder uses the network for:

• Application delivery. The PWA files have to be loaded from the hosting service.
• License activation. The app sends an internal product code and the Gumroad license key to the MCMLV1 activation endpoint. The Worker asks Gumroad whether the key is valid and returns a limited yes/no-style response to the app. The Worker code does not intentionally persist Binder contents or the request body in an application database.
• Normal PWA update checks. When online, the browser/service worker may request application files to determine whether a newer app shell is available.

Binder contents are not included in those activation or update requests.

Purchases

Gumroad handles checkout and acts as merchant of record for transactions on its platform. Gumroad collects the information needed for the purchase, receipt, and license. Gumroad may make order information, such as the purchase email address and transaction details, available to MCMLV1 LLC for support, fulfillment, and refund administration. MCMLV1 LLC does not receive full payment-card details from the You Are Infinity site.

Support email

If you contact support, the message and address you use may be retained as needed to answer the request and maintain a reasonable support history. Do not send sensitive Binder contents unless they are genuinely necessary to diagnose a problem.

Children and family information

The public site and purchase flow are intended for adults. The Emergency Binder may contain information about children or other family members, but that Binder content is stored locally on the user's device and is not intentionally collected by MCMLV1 LLC through the Binder.

Your choices

You control the Binder copies stored on your devices and the backup files you create. For questions about purchase records or support information held by MCMLV1 LLC, contact support@mcmlv1.com. Some transaction records are controlled or legally retained by Gumroad under Gumroad's own policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Material product-specific privacy changes should also be reflected on the affected product page.
