Terms of use and software license

Last updated August 13, 2026. These are practical website and product terms for software published under the You Are Infinity brand by MCMLV1 LLC. Product-specific terms shown on the product page or Gumroad listing also apply.

1. Who you are dealing with

You Are Infinity is a software brand of MCMLV1 LLC, a Florida limited liability company. MCMLV1 LLC develops, publishes, and licenses the software described on this site.

2. Using this website

This site provides information about our software and links to third-party checkout. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation or for unlawful activity. Site content and software are owned by or licensed to MCMLV1 LLC except where otherwise stated.

3. Purchases and checkout

Purchase and delivery methods may vary by product. The applicable product page identifies the purchase channel. The Emergency Binder currently uses Gumroad; Gumroad acts as merchant of record for transactions on its platform, processes payment, and provides the receipt and purchase/license information required for fulfillment. We do not currently process payment-card details on youareinfinity.com.

4. Product licenses

Each product page and checkout listing states the license and pricing model that applies to that product. Future You Are Infinity products may use different terms.

Emergency Binder: the current product is sold as a perpetual household license. A valid purchaser may activate it on devices used within the purchaser's household. The license key is for that household and should not be published, resold, or shared publicly outside the household.

Your Binder entries, backup files, and printed output remain your information. MCMLV1 LLC does not claim ownership of the Binder contents you create.

Acceptance at activation: new Emergency Binder activations using version 1.1.4 or later require an affirmative checkbox agreeing to the app-specific Terms of Use and Software License and acknowledging the Privacy Notice and local-data disclosures presented with activation.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility follows the policy shown for the product at the time of purchase. The Emergency Binder currently has a 30-day refund policy. Refund requests may be made by replying to the Gumroad receipt or contacting support, and approved refunds are processed through Gumroad.

6. Delivery, updates, connectivity, and availability

Technical requirements vary by product. Some products, including the Emergency Binder, are designed to continue normal use offline after activation and installation. Other products may require an internet connection, an app store, an account, a subscription, third-party services, or other requirements stated on the applicable product page.

For the Emergency Binder, offline operation still depends on the customer's device/browser retaining the local application files, entitlement, and data. Customers should use the product's backup/export features where provided.

Activation, download, purchase, update, synchronization, or other operations may depend on the services used by the applicable product being available at that time.

7. Product-specific disclaimers

Product-specific disclaimers apply where relevant. In particular, the Emergency Binder is a household organizational tool and is not legal, medical, tax, financial, or emergency advice. It does not replace a will, trust, advance directive, professional care, emergency services, or advice from a qualified professional.

8. Your responsibility for local data

If a product stores information locally rather than on our servers, MCMLV1 LLC cannot recover data that exists only on a lost, damaged, reset, cleared, or erased device. For the Emergency Binder, the app does not have its own separate PIN/password lock, backup files are not encrypted, and printed copies are readable by anyone who can access them. Customers are responsible for using an appropriately secured device and for storing backup files and printed copies in locations appropriate for the information they contain. Use backup, export, and print features as appropriate, and consider keeping an appropriate printed copy in a secure place that trusted people can reach when needed.

9. Warranty and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where mandatory consumer law or other applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these website terms prospectively. A later website edit does not silently rewrite a product license already granted at purchase except where required by law or expressly agreed.
